This Samui Villa is built in the small complex of Coconut River, consisting of 8 Thai style houses, sited in a beautiful landscaped garden with shared swimming pool on the stunning white sandy beach between Ban Thai village and Nathon in north Samui Island. Coconut River is one of  7 similar complexes spread along the same beach and all built by Coconut Land and House, who manage the complexes.


R9 is tastefully furnished and consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathroms, large open plan Dining/Lounge area screened off from fitted kitchen, large first floor sun terrace and covered downstairs terrace.

R9 is owned by a Lincolnshire, England based couple and was built to their specifications, within the original Coconut Land design and finished in January 2003.
